FAMILY SOLICITOR – SOUTH DEVON -
Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) -
An outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid background in Family matters to join this lovely multi office firm in a brilliant location.
You will need a solid background in a full range of general private Family / Childcare matters, gained at a respected firm, with proven fee earning, and client development skills. Family Panel membership, Mediation accreditation or working toward such would be an advantage here but this is by no means essential.
Experience in Matrimonial matters would be highly valued here, including Mediation, Divorce, Financial Remedy, Pre-Nuptial and Co-habitation agreements, as you will be encourage to develop a real specialism in this field.
This is a discreet appointment and any application will need to be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm, with real long term career potential and team leading possibilities.
This firm's reputation in Family law is excellent, helping to develop an enviable client base. There will be full secretarial support and the backing of the growing team.
