Sellick Partnership are working with a well-respected Local Authority based in the East Midlands who are looking to appoint a Commercial Contracts Lawyer on a Locum basis.
The successful candidate will be required to take on a mixed caseload including matters such as:
- Reviewing, negotiating and drafting Commercial Contracts such as frame work agreements
- Advising on public procurement law
- Dealing with construction contracts such as JCT and NEC
- Advising on Local Government law
The post is initially for 3 months but has the potential to be extended beyond this. The ideal candidate will be available for full-time work, although applicants who are seeking part-time employment will also be considered.
You will be working remotely for the foreseeable but working patterns will be reviewed in accordance to government guidelines. You must be a qualified Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executive and have extensive public procurement law experience to be considered.
