Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected Local Authority based in the East Midlands on a Locum basis.
Main duties of the role will include:
- Handling a caseload of care proceedings and pre proceedings
- Providing advice on any public law childcare legislation
- Conducting advocacy if/when required
This will be a 9 to 12 month assignment with the potential to become ongoing dependent on workload. You must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive and previous public law childcare experience is essential to be considered for this post. They are open to applicants who are currently in permanent employment and looking to take that leap into the Locum market, so please don't let a 2-3 month notice period discourage you from applying!
