EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR | 2-5 PQE | LEGAL 500 FIRM

A Legal 500 Firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years'PQE to work in their busy Surrey practice. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have offices across the region. They have an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here. They have traded well throughout the UK lockdown owing to their agility in the market and flexible working setup.

The Employment team handles a diverse range of work, both advisory and contentious. The majority of the work is carried out on behalf of corporate clients, but the team also act for individuals, so this is an ideal environment for a solicitor to gain experience in all aspects of Employment law. Contentious work includes discrimination, harassment, constructive and wrongful dismissal while the advisory work includes advice on employment contracts, TUPE and redundancy.

The ideal candidate will be an Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE, and have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will have demonstrable experience of dealing with corporate clients and the ability to manage key client stakeholders.
