Residential Conveyancing Locum

Highly regarded, multi office Home Counties firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing fee earner on an ongoing locum basis. An additional piece of recruitment to deal with an influx of instructions this role is to commence as soon as possible and is offered on a flexible basis with the prospect of home working for the right candidate. Applicants must be confident in dealing with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters with a particular focus on leasehold enfranchisement and extension files.

This role is offered on a full and part time basis and is ongoing for a minimum of 3 months. There could also be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Applications will be considered from solicitors, legal executives and residential conveyancers with at least 5 years experience in residential conveyancing.
