Senior Residential Conveyancer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large full service regional firm operating in Essex. The firm are looking to recruit a technically strong residential conveyancer to join their conveyancing team in based in Southend-on-sea. This is a permanent position for a residential conveyancer and it will take over an existing and busy caseload of work that includes purchases and sales through to new build work.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, with a history of handling a full and varied caseload including purchases, sales, freehold and leasehold properties. You ideally will have experience in new build, transfers of equity, equity release too. The firm have first rate systems in place and the takes pride in providing a first rate services to its clients, and continues to have excellent reviews.
