A Business Development Manager with proven high level strategic sales ability, specifically within securing Personal Injury / credit hire based introducers.

Our Client, a well known City Centre based law firm in Greater Manchester, working out of Grade A office complex, are fully vested in providing accessible legal assistance through a friendly and experienced team of solicitors. Their focus is placed on providing the highest client care with expert and straightforward legal advice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager looking for personal and career development opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.

As Business Development Manager, you will hold the following experience:

  • Build, manage and maintain long-term Supplier / Introducer relationships. within the Personal Injury Sector
  • Employ a methodical and structured approach to securing new business and network channels within the legal market.
  • Develop strong and influential relationships, the wider team and be prepared to proactively advise, guide and support partners on their business development activity.
  • Develop clear strategies and Business Development plans through effective networking strategies
  • Maintain and maximise CRM system to manage client records
  • Fully explore and capture future opportunities.
  • Ensure all opportunities for growth with current suppliers and new relationships are maximised
The ideal Business Development Manager will have the following skills & experience:

  • Experience in Business Development within a Legal setting
  • Highly desirable to hold previous relationships within the Personal Injury Sector, holding a nationwide coverage
  • Experience in engaging with Personal Injury Suppliers/Introducers is highly desirable.
  • Possess a highly ambitious attitude and a drive to exceed all targets with proven strategic sales ability
  • Highly skilled at building strong business relationships
  • A strong work ethic, resilience and tenacity
  • Can do attitude and an eagerness to learn quickly, contribute to company strategy and build the vision
  • Ability to use initiative and a willingness to embrace innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team as and when required.

  • Salary range (DOE): £25,000 to £30,000 +bonus structure +travel allowance +flexible working hours dependent on remit
