For the third time this year, I am partnered with a highly regarded firm based just outside of Central London that is looking to expand its flourishing Residential Property team.

The Firm
After growing steadily over the past couple of years, the firm has been continuing this trend in 2020 and after a couple of successful hires back in January & February, are now keen to continue this growth with the addition of an experienced Residential Property Solicitor. The Property department is at the heart of the firm and they have established an unrivalled reputation in this area, ensuring a consistent flow of work. This is an exciting time to join the team, as they look to bring in their future leaders and you will work side by side with the team's renowned Partner who has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from.

Who is this opportunity for?
The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding across all aspects of Residential Property including sales & purchase, transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, and enfranchisement. You will be expected to be able to handle your own caseload from start to finish but will have full support from an experienced Assistant.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is able to build strong relationships with clients and referrers and generate new business, although this won't be a focus of the role.
