The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, whilst ensuring excellent client care at all times. Responsibilities
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- New builds
- Solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and fee earning paralegals with at least 1 year’s experience
- Solid experience in residential conveyancing matters is essential
- Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has a desire for professional development
