Private Client Fee Earner

Thriving Berkshire firm are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their bustling department on a permanent basis. With an established caseload ready to be taken over and an excellent bonus structure this is an excellent opportunity to secure a role where there is excellent remuneration to be enjoyed. There is also the opportunity to grow the team how you see fit with the potential to recruit further fee earners down the line.

You will be an experienced Private Client fee earner, confident in dealing with the full remit of matters, including but not limited to:

- Wills

- Probate

- Estate administration

- Lasting Power of Attorney

- Tax planning - IHT & CGT

- Experience in trust creation and administration is not essential but would put applicants at an advantage.

This position is offered on a full or part time basis and flexible hours are also on offer. The firm are looking for someone to join them as soon as possible.
