Job Details
The successful candidate will be joining a team of experienced and knowledgeable claims professionals as a Team Leader as the firm continues in its plans for expansion. You will be responsible for validating the merits of incoming claims, managing the teams performance against their targets, managing your own caseload along with allocating work to the wider team and conducting performance reviews.
This role would be ideal for candidates who currently work within the legal services industry with management experience who are looking to further their careers with a successful, established firm which can offer a competitive salary and great benefits.
