Job Details

This North Wales based Legal 500 firm are seeking an mid-level Solicitor to join their award winning & Legal 500 listed department. You will be based in branch office that services all of North Wales and works closely with other offices across Cheshire & Shropshire.

You will be dealing with a broad mix of work from sale and purchase matters, options to purchase, long and short term letting to development work, conditional lease extensions as well as site acquisitions and disposals. With this being a 'non-city' firm you will be dealing with a contrasting client base from private companies to large scale developers, regional and national SME's.

Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 4 years' PQE and be comfortable dealing with an unsupervised caseload. As you will be part of a small team, you won't be required to deal with management duties and you're focus will be dealing with transactions as well as supporting the senior partner with business development.

This is a very autonomous position so will allow you the opportunity to deal everything from fee earning to client meetings and business development. Salary is based on PQE level but will be in the realms of £45,000 plus a tremendous benefits package and bonus scheme will also be attached.
