Independent Legal 100 practice in Greater London seeks a dedicated Contested Probate Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilful Contested Probate Solicitor to join our client’s Lexcel accredited firm in Central London. The successful applicant will be acting for both claimants and defendants within private client services, whilst ensuring excellent client care on a daily basis.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Contested wills, probate and trusts
- Contested Court of Protection and LPA matters
- TOLATA disputes
- Lifetime gift disputes
- Contested statutory will applications
- Diarising key dates
- Assisting other fee earners when needed
- Supporting junior staff
- Financial control
- Ensuring compliance
- Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in contentious probate matters is essential
- ACTAPS accredited or willingness to gain the accreditation
- Excellent team player
- Has a flair for business development, maximising networking opportunities
- IT proficiency
- Excellent communication and client care skills
