THE ROLE:
Applications are sought from Residential Property Lawyers looking for a new challenge within their career. This well established law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters. The role offers plenty of scope to progress and would suit a Residential Property Lawyer who is keen to develop their career within this area of law.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will have a proven track record of dealing with their own caseload of residential property matters. You will be joining a team of individuals who possess a wealth of expertise across all areas of residential property and are keen to continue their recent successes within the local market. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have a well-rounded knowledge of the whole conveyancing process including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have a sound track record of dealing with residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
