JOB TITLE: NQ Personal Injury Solicitor

OVERVIEW:
To manage a caseload of defendant personal injury matters. The role will be varied and will involve the appointed Personal Injury Solicitor to support the partners and fee earners on various matters. As the chosen Personal Injury Solicitor you will be dealing with social care cases and defending public and employers liability claims. Key responsibilities will include; reviewing cases upon allocation and assist others with their caseloads and provide assistance and training where appropriate, ensure relevant deadlines, quality measures and KIPS are adhered to and comply with relevant policies and procedures.

PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR:
You will be a driven and motivated Personal Injury Solicitor with a genuine and demonstrable interest in commercial insurance work, preferably with some previous experience/knowledge of personal injury and social care cases.. You will play a part in the success of the team who provide a full, expert service in defending claims in the workplace, public sector and healthcare sector. Excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional! Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within personal injury during their training contract.
