The Role

This firm is seeking a Civil Litigation and Employment solicitor with 4+ PQE to join their friendly yet professional team in Cheltenham.

You will work on a diverse caseload across litigation / employment with the support of a friendly and dynamic team but must have the ability to manage your own caseload.
Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious litigation / employment law.

You will be provided with a platform of administrative support and senior mentoring; the firm promotes a good work life balance and manageable caseloads, while charging well for the work they do.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation and Employment solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding your amount of PQE, and I would encourage candidates of all levels to apply, salary is commensurate with experience)
• You will be able to manage a general litigation / employment caseload with confidence
• You will have a network of clients, have a strong referral rate or have a track record in retaining and developing business.
• Strong communication skills are essential
