Team Leader - Residential Property

The practice has a strong leadership team, they have a growing number of home-grown partners, which demonstrates well, their level of career development and investment. They have an ethos ingrained that everyone had a voice and they are always open to listening to a new idea. They like to take on board fresh ideas so that they are still ahead of the curve.

All fee earners are given full access to support staff, making sure you are always able to work efficiently. Each fee earner is individually assessed in terms of what support they need so it's not "one glove fits all". They have recently put new systems in place in a view to remain a modern firm while having been established for decades.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Worcestershire as a Team leader for their growing department.

You will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the junior members of the team to ensure future success. The department have recently had one of their busiest months to date, so there is large existing caseload.

You should have some form of management experience and you will actively manage performance and how work is processed.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to manage their own varied caseload including: buying & selling, transfer of equity, mortgages and mortgages and tenancy agreements.

Requirements

• You will be a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Fee Earner with at least 4 years' experience
• You will have previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience of managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
