Support Conveyancer - Fixed term

A new position has arisen for a Support Conveyancer to join an established team of Conveyancers at a multi-disciplinary practice based on the Wirral. This is a fixed-term contract until March 2021.

The Role:

• You will be acting for Conveyancing clients assisting a Conveyancing Team Manager and Conveyancer.
• Key tasks will include undertaking title checks on purchase transactions and deal with more complex elements of the Conveyancing process.
• You will be dealing with different types of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy and non-statutory lease extensions.
• You will be acting for both private clients and limited companies.

The Ideal candidate:

• You will have 2 years+ experience of dealing with your own Conveyancing case load.
• You will be able to act independently as well as in a team and in a well organised manner.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is in the region of 25,000 - 35,000 depending on experience.
• The role offers flexibility to be office based, work from home if preferred and part time hours.
