The role…
Because of their continuing growth and expansion, they are seeking out a Commercial Property Solicitor with 8+ years PQE (with no upper limit) for their Windsor office.
In this role you will be dealing with a broad and varied commercial property caseload ranging from:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Freehold & leasehold mattes
• Deeds of variation
• Licenses for alterations

You will be working within a wider and well experienced team throughout the offices spanning Sussex, Kent, London and further afield. the team are well recognised for their expertise in Real Estate matters.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years' experience (there is no upper limit and I urge the most experienced to apply)
• First-class communication skills are essential
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
