They deal with services to the individual, and services to business enterprises given them comprehensive, and rounded knowledge in terms of legal advice. The firm have been operating throughout the Oxfordshire and Berkshire region for over 150 years, really setting them apart from their competitors making them the 'go to' firm for reliable legal advice.
The Role
This firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer ideally 2-5+ PQE to join their flourishing office in Oxford.
The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. The firm are looking for an individual with the drive and hunger to help build up the firm's caseload on a long-term basis.

This is a role which will be dealing with brokers and not private clients, so experience in this field (although not essential) important, when deciding to make an application.
You will be undertaking caseloads varying in size and value. As a result of the firms' expansions, such caseloads will certainly be dynamic and often of a high-network nature. This includes, leaseholds and freeholds, managing instructions and preparing contractual agreements.
Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 2+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will be experienced in handling Conveyancing caseloads
• You will be personable, and thrive in client contact
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, dependant on salary.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
