***New Opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a Leeds property specialist firm***
The ideal candidate will be an experienced residential conveyancer, familiar with freehold and leasehold. A good team player, with sharp attention to detail. An ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines is essential. A successful conveyancer will have experience working in a high volume environment.
Key duties will be to manage a caseload of Purchase transactions acting on behalf of the Lender, carry out title checks on free hold and leasehold titles, to communicate with the borrower's solicitor and oversee the exchange once satisfied that the title is acceptable to the client in accordance with part 3 of the UK finance lender's handbook.
Applications are welcomed from Conveyancers who are proficient in the role and will be able to hit the ground running.
Salary is upwards of £25k and negotiable DOE.
