Commercial Property Lawyer
Location – Cambridgeshire (Commutable from Peterborough and Cambridge)
Well established and of high repute, our client is one of the largest regional law firms in the East Midlands and East Anglia. Due to an influx of work and to meet client requirement the firm is looking to expand their busy Legal 500 ranked commercial property team.
The firm deals with commercial property transactions on behalf of a broad range of clients; owners, occupiers, investors, and developers. In this role, you will be providing legal advice on commercial leases, acquisition, disposals and development work.
To be considered for this commercial property role, you will be a driven and technically competent solicitor who enjoys the client facing and relationship building aspects of the role.
This opportunity offers long term career progression and excellent professional development. The potential for future partnership is realistic due to the successful candidate being in line for succession planning. The salary on offer will be competitive and dependent on experience and is expected to be in the region of £50,000 to £60,000
We are keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors of all levels of experience. However those with a minimum of 3 years’ experience are particularly sought after.
