A Plot Sales Fee Earner is required for a fantastic opportunity with an International Law Firm. The role will be based in Manchester and salary is negotiable plus an excellent benefits package

My client is seeking a Plot Sales fee earner to join the plot sales team on a full time permanent basis. You will be a Fee Earner/Solicitor/Legal Executive with good plot sales experience who has experience at dealing with developers. As a guide you should have at least 1 years' experience in plot sales acting for developers. You should have experience of running your own small caseload of development files from start to finish and feel confident dealing with enquiries from Developers and other solicitors a like. My Client is also keen to hear from paralegals with experience assisting on Plot Sales matters who are keen to progress their career into a file handling role.
