Location – Cambridge
Salary - £££ competitive, negotiable dependent on experience
Very well established and of high repute, our client is a leading regional L500 practice based in the Home Counties and East Anglia. This firm has a highly reputable Commercial Property Team. To meet client demands the firm is looking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor to start-up an offering in their Cambridge office.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for those with a flair for business development. It is expected that some work will be generated organically from other departments; however, an existing caseload will not be passed onto the successful applicant.
To be considered for this commercial property solicitor role you will be an avid networker, possess the drive, and hunger for business development. The firm deals with commercial property transactions on behalf of a broad range of clients; owners, occupiers, investors, and developer. You will be a driven professional and as such will be rewarded with career progression and a competitive package.
