The firm have a strong loyal client base and their legal advisors are all specialists in their respective fields, acting for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. The Partners aim is to recruit dynamic, forward thinking individuals who wish to be part of the firms growth and who share the firm's core values. The firm have a flexible working contract on offer and set realistic annual billing targets. They offer an excellent profit related pay scheme bonus, in addition to the basic salary based on the individual’s performance, not the departments. The appointed solicitor will have an excellent knowledge of litigation and some knowledge of family law, experienced in dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of general litigation matters, to include landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency, commercial litigation, divorce, financial settlements and TOLATA proceedings. You must be able to work autonomously on complex legal matters, have excellent administration and organisational skills, a professional but friendly approach, have the enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development, along with a clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships. You will be working alongside the firm’s Managing Director, who has over 30 years’ experience in litigation and family law and is keen to educate and nurture team members.
