The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate into their office near Huntington

The firm are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join their modern firm with a fresh outlook, this role will also involve networking and business development for your to further develop your regional presence and contacts.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

They are looking for a motivated Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor keen to work closely with the Partners to progress the team further, where you will manage your own varied caseload including:

• Landlord and tenant work
• Leases
• Investment work
• Corporate support
• with a focus on large scale developments

This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies from the local area and beyond, so you must be confident in speaking with clients and ambitious to develop business. You will also be responsible for co-managing and training junior fee earners and support staff within the department - so previous experience of this is advantageous.

This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own contacts should you be able to bring this with you.

Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate with 5 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development, or keen to learn this
• Salary is competitive, negotiable and based upon experience
