CIVIL LITIGATION FEE EARNER | ASHFORD, KENT

A well-known regional firm in Kent are looking for a Litigation fee earner to join the team. This firm puts staff at the heart of what they do, offering great prospects, career development and opportunities for Partnership in the future.

The firm represents clients across a wide range of disputes, including property litigation, contested probate, insolvency disputes and acting for clients bringing claims based on professional negligence. They have an excellent reputation across Kent and the team has represented clients in numerous reported cases. Aside from having a regular presence in the High Court and local County Courts, solicitors in the team are well versed in ADR, including arbitration work.

To be considered for this position you will have at least 3 years PQE and have a background in civil litigation, preferably in either property litigation, insolvency or professional negligence. You will be able to work independently and have the desire to build your practice through active business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor to take a step up or make a lateral move to a well-known firm whose reputation is second to none in the local market.
