I am working with one of the largest legal practices in the South West who are looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their Exeter office.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3pqe+ to join an ambitious firm and work alongside a very knowledgeable team. The role is broad and varied and involves working a mix caseload of both litigious and non-contentious general civil/commercial matters for individuals and businesses. 

The successful candidate will have experience in a wide range of disputes including landlord and tenant matters, contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes and construction work. You will have a pro active approach to business development and promoting your team and the firm. You will also place a huge emphasis on delivering high levels of customer service. 

Although the office is based in Exeter, you may occasionally be required to travel to my clients other offices and as such you must have your own motor vehicle. 

Salary is DOE - £38,000 - £50,000
