JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £35 – 45K +

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Litigation Solicitor to join this regional firm providing general litigation services to the firm’s clients. You will handle a varied caseload, including but not limited to: property litigation; professional negligence; building disputes; general contract disputes; partnership disputes; debt recovery; insolvency (corporate and personal); inheritance claims. You will also be expected to play an active role in sustaining and developing the litigation department by networking and participating in the firm’s marketing events.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Litigation Solicitor will have at least 3 years’ PQE and will have been used to handling a variety of litigation work. You will be passionate about contentious matters and have excellent communication skills.
