This contentious probate role will see you handle an interesting mix of contentious probate work. These claims will include disputes relating to property, Inheritance Act disputes and disputes amongst beneficiaries.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a contentious probate solicitor with 2+ years' pqe who has gained a good mix of experience. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
