JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years

THE ROLE:
This leading practice is looking for an additional Private Client Solicitor to help grow their international private client team in London. You will undertake a broad range of private client work predominantly for individuals with international connections, to include advising on pre immigration tax planning, the remittance basis of taxation and statutory resident test, estate planning for non-domiciled individuals, global asset structuring, succession planning and family governance for international families, advising on the UK tax treatment of investment in the UK, including UK property holding structures, and advising on all aspects of offshore trust, estate planning and other related tax and fiduciary work. You will also be expected to carry out marketing and business development activities to expand the London client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking for someone with solid academics - 2.1 degree and good A levels (or equivalents), technically strong with relevant experience and excellent written English and drafting skills.
