A rare opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with 5 years+ PQE to take up the full time position as Head of Legal Services for a progressive probate administration company with client service at the forefront of everything we do.
The successful applicant will be working alongside and assisting an established team of administrators. The ideal solicitor for this role will be confident and enthusiastic and will be well versed in the completion of IHT 400 forms. You will have experience with Private Client matters including; administration of Estates and Trusts and Inheritance Tax calculations, drafting of Wills and Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Income/Capital Gains tax calculations.
This is an opportunity for an experienced senior solicitor who wishes to progress their career and who wishes to work with a successful team from a stunning rural location in Hertfordshire
