This firm offer a comprehensive range of legal services including Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax planning, General Management of Finances, Court of Protection, accident claims and a wide range of Commercial Law services for their clients in business and represent clients at a local, regional and national level. This friendly regional practice handle a broad range of commercial litigation cases, on behalf of a wide and loyal client base. Due to an increase in work, they are seeking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. This role will see you covering a broad range of corporate and commercial litigation matters as well as property litigation for commercial clients, landlords and settlement agreements. The ideal solicitor will have at least 12 months experience working within these departments and have a sound knowledge and understanding of the litigation process. An ability to work independently and being pro-active in generating work and taking on new varied matters would be beneficial.
