Residential Conveyancer 
HOME BASED

We are now recruiting on behalf of one of the country's leading and largest residential conveyancing practices.  They seek to recruit an experienced  residential conveyancer to to manage a caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion. 

The firm have grown significantly over the past number of years and are currently as busy as ever.  As a result they require a senior conveyancing Fee Earner.  Ideally you will be a licensed conveyancer or solicitor, however, the firm are also very keen to speak to time served, capable fee earners.  The caseload will consist of the full remit of conveyancing matters.  

We are keen to speak with conveyancers who have upwards of 5 years experience handling their own caseload.  You must be proficient in handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters.
