Job Details
Have you got experience working within a Local Authority as a Data Protection or Information Governance Lawyer?
On behalf of a London based Local Authority, I am seeking a legal professional who is able to deal with FOI/DPO matters.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Supervising and training junior members of staff on internal procedures
- Dealing with Data Protection requests
- Dealing with subject access requests and appeals
- Experience reviewing council policies in relation to GDPR
This will be over a good length of contract and providing remote working for the forseeable, which a courier will be organised for any required equipment.
