This local Cheshire based practice are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or FCILEX to add to their small and friendly team. With a fantastic work / life balance in place you will be able to deal with clients regularly on a face to face basis and perform site visits. This isn't your standard 9 - 5 commercial property position!
You will be dealing with a broad mix of work from sale and purchase matters, options to purchase, long and short term letting to development work, conditional lease extensions as well as site acquisitions and disposals. With this being a small firm you will be dealing with a contrasting client base from private companies to large scale developers, regional and national SME's. Ideally you will have gained 5 years' experience and be comfortable dealing with an unsupervised caseload.
As you will be part of a small team, you won't be required to deal with management duties and your focus will be dealing with complex transactions as well as supporting the senior partner with business development. There is a great team ethos at this company and a real feeling of 'all in this together', so the working environment is relaxed and grown up. A great work/life balance will be afforded to those who are willing to work hard during core hours and complete work in a competent manner.
This is a very autonomous position so will allow you the opportunity to deal everything from fee earning to client meetings and business development.
