Corporate/Commercial Lawyer 4+ TO £££
This popular SW London firm is looking for an experience corporate/commercial lawyer to work on a broad range of corporate and contractual matters including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures and incorporations. Any healthcare experience would be beneficial but not essential and in addition to your technical expertise you must be willing to get fully involved in the development of the practice.
