Lexcel accredited practice in Leicestershire seeks a driven Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a CQS office in Leicester. The successful fee earner will utilise their skills and expertise to handle a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Transfer of equity
- Title reports
- Shared ownership
- Land Registry applications
- Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Licensed conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors and paralegals with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in residential conveyancing matters is essential
- Demonstrates analytical and decision-making skills
- Possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strives for high standards in their work
- A genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
