A Legal 500 firm is looking for a commercially minded Solicitor whose highly motivated to join their recognised Company Commercial team. This particular role will be based out of their Blandford offices reporting to the Head of Department who is ex-Partner in some of the top London City law firms. 

More about the role:

You will be expected to get stuck in from the off, either in managing the more junior members of the team, marketing and business development on behalf of the firm or even with the overall running of the department. A strong business acumen is highly advantageous as well as a strong track record of meeting targets and overall billings. You will be expected to advise and manage a varied caseload which may include:

• Sales and Purchasing of company and businesses
• Drafting contracts
• Investment and Private Equity
• Shareholders agreements/disputes
• Restructuring of share capital
• Share option agreements 
• Business start-ups
• Succession Planning
