Locum Civil Litigation Legal Officer – £18- £20 per hour – West Midlands – Remote Working
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Civil Litigation Legal Officer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands. Our client is looking for someone to carry out the role for an expected period of 6 months ideally on a full-time basis but part-time candidates will also be considered. This role will be carried out on remote working basis for the foreseeable future.
Previous experience within Civil Litigation matters, specifically within Debt Recovery is essential.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Assisting the team Solicitors with all litigious aspects of commercial debt recovery and insolvency matters
Handling possession action with adult care implications
General debt recovery collection matters such as care home fees contractual disputes
