Family Solicitor - NQ - 3+ PQE

A highly regarded firm with an extremely busy Family department is now looking for a Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to work directly alongside two other Fee Earners in their Chippenham office.

You will need to have strong experience within all privately funded family matters and have the confidence to conduct your own advocacy in the family court, so prior experience in this will be needed, along with:

• Divorces/Seperations
• Financial proceedings
• Cohabitation Agreements
• Private Children cases
• Domestic abuse cases

There is a wide range of work readily available at the firm and this can range from simple matters through to high end and high quality family cases.
