Legal Counsel / Lawyer

A leading technology and financial services company in the UK  is looking to hire an inhouse legal counsel to be based in their Cardiff office. They are flexible with home working but it will be expected that you come into the offices 2-3 times a week.

This role will offer a variety of legal work including: complex high value commercial transactions, corporate and M&A deals, IP, software agreements, data privacy, compliance and litigation. You will be required to quickly and commercially assess the risk of such contracts.

You MUST be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified and be able to demonstrate first class communication skills and commercial acumen. Your legal experience will ideally include a strong focus on commercial contract. As well as IP/IT/software agreements, within the technology services sector.
