Employment Solicitor
A contentious and non contentious employment solicitor is required by an employment department in a London law firm.
The Firm
A successful law firm with a long history of providing legal services. The firm offer legal advices to a multitude of businesses and individuals across the legal spectrum. The firm has an excellent reputation for focusing upon client management.
The Role
The Employment Solicitor will work as part of an Edepartment dealing with both contentious and non contentious employment matters. The successful employment solicitor will be responsible for a full case load of files including advising upon dismissal, redundancy, restructuring, employee contracts, outsourcing and employment tribunals.
The Candidate
A qualified Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE gained in private practice managing an employment case load including claimant and respondent employment issues. Strong communicator, experience of business development and must have a consistent billing history.
Salary dependent upon experience.
