An experienced residential conveyancer is required by this highly regarded law firm to join a busy conveyancing department in their office in North Dorset.

The Role
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be required to manage case loads from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The role will require supervising less experienced conveyancers. The role is commutable from Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Wincanton, Yeovil and Sherborne.
 
The Candidate
The Residential Conveyancer will have at least 4 tears experience and will have the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system.
 
The role is open to solicitors, legal executives, and licensed conveyancers.
