Residential Conveyancer Role 
Gateshead 

An experienced residential conveyancer is required for a new role with an established regional law firm based in Gateshead.  Salary will be negotiable and will be dependent upon experience.

Working within a team of experienced fee earners of various levels you will manage your own caseload of mixed conveyancing matters from start to finish.  You will be competent to deal with sales and purchase (leasehold and freehold), registered and unregistered  property, transfer of equity and experience of new builds would be an advantage.
