We are recruiting for a residential conveyancer for an established firm based in Middlesbrough.  The team are CQS accredited and are extremely busy with residential property instructions, hence why they are seeking to expand the team.

The successful candidates caseload will be mixed and will include sales and purchase (leasehold and freehold), registered and unregistered property, transfer of equity, new builds and plot sales.  You should have at least 2 years experience of independently handling your own caseload.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious residential conveyancer who is keen to progress their career with a modern and successful law firm.
