Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is a well-established and professionally managed practice which enjoys an enviable reputation. 

The nature of this new role will appeal to a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE.  Whilst supporting the Head of Department, you will also have the opportunity to manage your own transactions and be afforded plenty of client contact.  This a great opportunity in which to develop your skills - working as part of a small niche team, you will receive excellent mentoring and play an integral role. 

You will enjoy working on a diverse range of instructions including: 
•    Sales and Acquisitions of Commercial Premises (retail, industrial, offices, new developments) 
•    Leasehold negotiations and instructions (for both landlords and commercial tenants)
•    Acting for developers and investors in managing their projects and portfolios
•    Corporate Support
