An excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor keen to take on the leading role within the team at this established Eastbourne practice.
This is a modern legal practice based in Eastbourne with further offices and reach across the East Sussex coast. They have an excellent Family team and deal with both privately funded and legal aid family work. They are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with at least 5 year PQE who would be comfortable in leading the department's privately funded family law casework. The position would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who is seeking perhaps a step up from their existing position or simply a change of scene.
Given the experience required you will be a competent individual capable of managing your own caseload comprising of :
- Divorce
- Separation
- Financial settlements
- Arrangements for children
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Family mediation
