Commercial Litigation Associate

A legal 500 listed law firm with offices in Wigan are seeking an Associate NQ to 6 years PQE to join their highly ranked Litigation Department.

The practice specialises in a broad range of commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency and offer quality work in a supportive and friendly environment.

You will be working alongside some of the most respected commercial litigation specialists in the market and you will become an integral part of a team that enjoys good business relationships with household names and large corporates alike.

The role itself will encompass a handling a wide variety of matters to include debt recovery and enforcement, insolvency, commercial litigation, property litigation, and landlord and tenant matters.
