NQ Corporate Lawyer (International work)

My client is seeking an NQ/junior corporate lawyer (September 2020 NQ to 2 years PQE) for a rare role dealing with corporate matters on behalf of an international client base.

This key appointment will see the incoming junior lawyer assisting on all aspects of M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions. To be of interest for this role you will have excellent academics, good exposure to corporate matters during your training contract (and since qualification if appropriate), this experience having been gained at a major regional, national or City law firm. You should be a strong communicator, self-motivated with an ability to use your initiative, commercially aware and solutions focused. You should also possess good client skills and be able to evidence a strong desire to specialise in corporate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to embark upon a career in corporate. Suitable candidates must be based or be planning to base themselves in Yorkshire.
